Devon is about 3 - 4 years old and we can't figure out how he ended up in a shelter. The staff thought so highly of him that they "hid" him for days until they could get him to us.
Devon gets along with everyone, as far as we can tell. You can see from his photos that he is quite thin. We are working hard to help him gain weight. He loves his kennel buddy, Amos. He enjoys going on walks and we would love to get him into a foster home - as we learn more about Devon, we will update his bio.
