Chip (a.k.a. Webster) is a friendly little guy with tons of energy and a big heart! He LOVES kids and gets along great with other dogs. He's definitely still a puppy and would be happy to find a family with plenty of laps in which he can sleep and snore forever. He and his brother were thought to have Parvo, but thorough testing has found him to be completely healthy (and a guaranteed charmer).
