Chase was picked up by Animal Control after his owners let him loose on the harsh streets of Santa Ana. It seems that once Chase was full grown and no longer a tiny, cute puppy, his family couldn’t be bothered to put in the time to train him and instead, let him loose to dodge cars and search for food; and worst of all, couldn’t be bothered to come back for him when his time was up at a high kill shelter and he was scheduled to be euthanized.
