Chaplin is a rock solid guy - very laid back and he doesn't want any trouble. Chaplin has a little something muscular mixed in with his Shepherd genes. He and Charles were roommates at a high kill shelter, passed over time and time again. Chaplin could use an exercise and diet program - he walks very nicely on a leash and is not distracted by barking dogs or cars.
