Somethings in life are so puzzling - like who is DB Cooper and where is he, what is in Area 51, how was Stonehenge created, and why has this gorgeous good boy not been adopted yet?

Chance was surrendered to a local vet when his family moved to an apartment. We were alerted and decided that his family's misfortune couldn't be the end of this beautiful boy's hopes and dreams. Yet Chance has been with our rescue for 3 years and he is still with us.

This handsome boy (around 5-6 years old) gets along with large female dogs, walks well on a leash, loves playing with stuffed animals & balls, and is a real sweetheart once he knows you. If Chance doesn't know you, he can be a bit standoffish at first, but warms up as he gets to know you and builds trust. He's a typical GSD in that he's going to need someone who can supply structure and boundaries, but he'll repay you with sloppy kisses and more love than you thought could exist.

Since we haven't been able to hold adoption events most of this year, Chance hasn't been able to meet people who can see just how charming this big guy is. But trust us, he is a favorite of the Coastal GSR volunteers and we would love to introduce you to him.
