Calvin was left tied up to a tree overnight in someone's front yard. The owner of the house searched for Calvin's owner and checked for a microchip, but the only thing they found out was that he'd been seen with a homeless man in the past. He was very thin and malnourished, so these kind people started getting him the nutrition he needed and reached out to rescue groups to see if anyone could help him.

Calvin will do anything to find a home. He's not above inserting himself into movie history, licking your hand, showing you his "shake," sitting just to show you he can, downing to show he knows more than sit, playing with your dog so that you see your dog needs a bestie, and sharing his toys. Probably not his treats. He has limits.

This young boy who is anxious to learn and have someone to teach him. Around 2-3 years old, we think he's a mix of GSD and Husky, but we know he's freakin' amazing. He's obedience trained, gets along with other large dogs, can play for hours, and adores people.
