Caesar is a tan and white small Chihuahua mix who just adores Lilo and would love to find a home with her. He wags his little tail like there's no tomorrow. Caesar is a bit alpha as most little dogs are and will do well in a doggie home with an alpha human. But he's so cute it probably won't matter!
