Bruce looks kinda like a Disney dog, doesn't he? We had to rescue him when we heard his story. His family gave him up due to an illness in the family.

Bruce was very depressed and we worked quickly to get him into a foster home. It took a few days but Bruce is now a pretty happy boy. As time has gone on, Bruce is a very well adjusted fellow. He likes to sleep next to his foster mom's bed at night and during the day, he lays on the couch peering out the window watching the world go by.

Bruce gets along with other dogs and as time has gone on, he does like to play. One of his buddies is a 15 lb terrier who loves to wrestle with him. You can see him with his good little friend, Glitter in the pictures! He would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time - he likes to be near his "people". He is housebroken and trustworthy inside the house alone. He walks nicely on a leash, too!

Please consider this unusual looking boy. We think he'd do best with older kids.
