Briar

  • Male
  • 2-3 months
  • German Shepherd Dog

Briar is one of 11 puppies born to mom Grace. He is one of our "F litter" puppies; F meaning flowers, forests and fun. The F litter is comprised of 3 males, and 8 females. A DNA test done on one of Briar's littermates showed that the puppies are ~50% Australian cattle dog, ~30% German Shepherd, and ~20% Dutch Shepherd. Mom appears to be a GSD and Dutch Shepherd.

Grace, the litter's mom, was found wandering in the high desert. A local contacted Coastal German Shepherd Rescue and we rescued her. She delivered her babies in a foster home where she and the puppies have been receiving the best of care.

Briar and his siblings received their first puppy vaccination and a microchip. They are ready to find their forever homes and fly away from foster care. The puppies are playful and love to be outside, even if it's raining!

Briar is a sweet but big ol' bruiser. He will definitely want to be an alpha & he might test you if given a chance.
