Bear
- Female
Bear is fantastic with toddlers, and knows cats quite well. The kitty was the only one allowed in the house, all Bear could do is stare from the screen door. Never once did he try to chase the cat or eat the cat, and believe me if he wanted to chase the kitty he could have easily broken down the screen door and the main door with it. Bear is about 110 pounds, which means he does need to be on a diet program which his foster home is providing for him. But he needs to lose just about 10 lbs, not 20 or 30!!!
Bear would love to sit by you and just hang out. He is not at all hyper, all he wants is to go for walks. He has clearly now just realized that getting attention and love is a wonderful thing, this happened at his first adoption event if you can believe that. Now that Bear is in a foster home, we can report that his best buddy is Lola, a 3 mo old spitfire orphan who likes nothing better than to be with her big daddy - he watches out for her with all the other dogs in the foster home.
