Bear was originally adopted from the county shelter only to be dumped, years later, at the same shelter, but this time with a massive growth hanging off of his neck. We rescued him, sent him to our vet and had the growth removed, as well as having some teeth extracted. The growth was not cancerous and Bear has completely recovered from the surgery and is ready to complete your family!

A gorgeous shepherd, Bear loves his toys, adores people and going for walks with volunteers. He's non-reactive with other dogs and would probably do fine sharing a home with other canines.
