Bart was very scared and shy when first rescued. He warmed up to the people around him, but was terrified of things unknown (collar, leash, cars, etc.), so we sent him to work with an amazing trainer who has done wonders with our other shy dogs. This cutie now walks well on a leash, can hop in and out of cars, and is ready to join his forever family!

Bart gets along with dogs of all sizes and would be fine with children, if they give him time to build trust and get comfortable. This pup doesn't have a mean bone in his body and we're excited to watch him grow with the perfect family.
