Axel is a true sweetheart. His best buddy is Avery and he can’t imagine life without her. This handsome boy has it all- great looks, fantastic athleticism, and smarts! But Axel is not only intelligent, playful, and a fast learner, he’s a real people pleaser too. He loves to show off his shake and high five skills and is very food motivated, so he learns new things really quickly. This big sporty boy enjoys a lot of exercise, which he gets playing with his greatest pal Avery. They love to chase a kong, a ball, go for daily walks, runs, bike rides, and love to go swimming.

Axel is very comfortable indoors, can wait patiently for and will let you know when he needs bathroom breaks, and behaves appropriately with children. This brainy lover boy is looking for a shepherd savvy family who will understand his needs, emotionally and physically. Just one look into those eyes and you'll know what a loyal friend he will make!
