Aster

  • Male
  • 4-6 months
  • German Shepherd Dog

Aster is one of 11 puppies born to mom Grace. He is one of our "F litter" puppies; F meaning flowers, forests and fun. A DNA test done on one of Aster's littermates showed that the puppies are ~50% Australian cattle dog, ~30% German Shepherd, and ~20% Dutch Shepherd. Mom appears to be a GSD and Dutch Shepherd.

Grace, the litter's mom, was found wandering in the high desert. A local contacted Coastal German Shepherd Rescue and we rescued her. She delivered her babies in a foster home where she and the puppies have been receiving the best of care.

Four month old Aster received all three of his puppy vaccinations and a Bordetella vaccine. He is also microchipped. Aster is ready to find his forever home and fly away from foster care. He is very playful and loves to be outside. He likes toys and chasing balls. He will be a good sized dog - possibly 65-70 pounds. Aster would do well with a family that is able to spend some time with him or has another good natured dog that will play with him.
