Aria

  • Female
  • 7-9 months
  • Husky

Aria was kept chained up in a backyard for the first 8 months of her life. Her pics were so pitiful that we had to help her...

She is a typical, young husky with unending energy and would do best with another high energy dog. She has a little training (knows sit) and comes when you call (assuming she wants to). Not uncommon, she's very mouthy in a playful way and since she didn't have good direction in her prior home she jumps on people because she thinks it's fun.

She's very dog friendly and loves kids/people. Her original home had a 3-4 yr boy who used to climb on her. She is an escape artist and can climb a 6 ft chain link fence so a secure yard is a must for her. She's not a big fan of her crate, but once she gets in with a little coaxing she sleeps all night.

Interested applicants to adopt her must have husky or big dog experience.
