We rescued Amber from the San Bernardino shelter and immediately sent her to our vet. Although a sweet and happy girl, she’d definitely had a tough go of it before landing at the shelter. This beauty was extremely underweight, had multiple wounds on both back legs, many of which were infected, a wound around her anus, infections in both ears, and needed multiple fractured teeth extracted. She was surgically debrided, her wounds closed, and recovered in a foster home.

You can see Amber's spirit shine, even in the first few minutes of meeting her. Around 3 years old, she loves people, is good with young children, will follow you to the ends of the earth if you're holding a ball or toy, and is good on a leash. This gorgeous girl with the perfect ears is good in the house, crate trained, and can't wait to have a family to call her own.
