Cooper is available ( Updated 12-06-2024 )
Cooper and his siblings Adam, Bailey, Dustin and Elaine are members of Coastal GSR's "Alphabet litter". They were born on September 7th at a foster home in Fontana.
The litter's mom- Robin - was found on the foster mom's front lawn during a heatwave. Robin was lost, tired, and very thirsty. In addition, Robin was pregnant. The foster mom tried to find Robin's home but no one claimed Robin. She contacted Coastal GSR and we told her we would help find homes for the puppies.
Robin and her puppies are primarily German Shepherds. There may be something else in there but we aren't sure. The rescue does not have the resources to DNA test every dog and puppy that we rescue. But, the puppies are happy chubby puppies. Robin is an excellent mother.
The puppies look very similar to each other. There are three boys and two girls. They had their first puppy vaccination and a microchip. They are ready to go to their forever homes.
The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
