Teton has been adopted! 04-11-2023
What can we say about Teton other than he is an amazing puppy! Teton is a 4 month old, male, purebred German Shepherd pup.
He is crate trained, housebroken and knows basic commands. He is in a foster home with a one year old Malinois/GSD and boy can the two of them play! They play until Teton is tired, and then he stops and wants to snuggle. He also enjoys playing with toys as well as with his foster sister.
Teton knows sit, plus he can wait in sit for his food. He is very food motivated which helps with his training. He is brave and confident but not annoyingly so. He loves people!
Teton is 4 months old and is an active puppy. He does not sleep all day. Anyone who has owned and trained a German Shepherd puppy will understand Teton's needs. He will do fine with another young, active dog and in a household where there is activity, training, and stimulation.
The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
