Coastal German Shepherd Rescue

Java has been adopted! 07-08-2022

Male German Shepherd Dog /Husky mix about 2-3 months old. Gets along with other dogs.

Java and the J puppy litter had a rough start. They were found behind a grocery store in the Inland Empire and were covered with dirt, fleas and ticks. They were rushed to Coastal GSR foster families who spent an entire weekend cleaning and grooming them. All of their hard work paid off because these puppies are now gorgeous, healthy, and ready to go to homes!

Java is a sweet 2 month old boy who is in a foster home with his sister Coco. Coco likes to be the leader and Java lets her. They play well together. While Coco likes to explore, Java prefers to hang out with "his people" and relax with them. Java and Coco are crate trained and are seriously working on their potty training. They are almost there.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
