Coastal German Shepherd Rescue

Spice has been adopted! 04-24-2021

Female German Shepherd Dog about 2-3 months old. Gets along with other dogs.

This amazing family was dropped off in the night drop box of an animal shelter. Thankfully, the shelter workers contacted us and we were able to rescue them on the day that their stray hold expired. The pups, along with their mom Sugar, have been raised in a loving foster home since they were about two weeks old. They are now 8 weeks old and ready to be adopted! Two girls (Spice & Sprout) and four boys (Saber, Samson, Shadow & Storm) - all have amazing temperaments and will make wonderful additions to any active family looking to add a puppy!

Their mom Sugar, who is in one of the photos nursing her pups, appears to be a small German Shepherd, possibly Australian Shepherd mix. We have no idea what breed the dad was. By the way, Sugar is also available for adoption.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
