King has been adopted! 11-23-2019

Male German Shepherd Dog /Labrador Retriever mix about 3-5 years old.

We don't even know how to express King's love for people. This handsome Lab/Shepherd mix is crazy insane for people. Goo goo gah gah for the human race. He loves people so much, he'd throw himself in front of a speeding train if it would save someone. He would test your fries before you ate one. I mean, you know, to test for poison. He would never steal your fries. OK, he might ask for one, but that's only because he knows fries are bad for you and he wants you to live as long as possible. It's all about you. 😁

King will make you smile with his goofy side, laugh at the way he goes full force into the air to catch a ball, only to miss it half of the time, and he will make your heart burst from all of the love.

This cutie has good manners, is good on a leash, and knows his basic commands, plus a few parlor tricks. King is currently attending college. You probably haven't heard of it: it's next to the strip mall and the gardening supply warehouse and might not be accredited, but he's putting in the (obedience) work and that's what counts. King wants to be the only dog in the household. You won't mind, though! He's young, fun, smart, and is enough dog for anyone looking to add a bright boy to their family.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
