Bennie has been adopted! 05-09-2019

Female German Shepherd Dog /Anatolian Shepherd mix about 4-6 months old. Good with kids. Gets along with other dogs.

Bennie is now healthy and recovered from a broken jaw, big open wound on the top of her head, and a broken leg. She is 4 months old, super sweet, smart, active, loves other dogs and people, and is ready to find her forever home!

This beauty is not shy. She is trading her baby teeth in for her big dog teeth and likes to chew on antlers and her toys. She's good in the car, potty trained, and she can go in and out through the dog door. Bennie walks on a leash and likes walking with the big dogs. She likes to be with her pack and can keep up with her big brothers. She sleeps in a crate and is as good as gold.

Bennie is a non-discriminatory foodie! She would never turn down a meal, day or night, and is starting to grow into those large paws of hers. We are not sure of Bennie's exact mix of breeds, but we think she is part Anatolian Shepherd. Bennie would fit perfectly in a home that has a young dog that likes to play.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
