Buck has been adopted! 10-30-2016

Male German Shepherd Dog about 2-3 months old. Gets along with other dogs.

Say hello to little Buck! Feisty, playful, and full of energy! This pup does not stop! Fortunately he lives in a foster home with a 5 pound chihuahua and three bigger dogs who can play with him and help keep him occupied. He loves to play tug of war and to chase the other dogs and people. His floppy ear makes him especially cute. Buck's birthday was August 7, 2016.

Buck is looking for a home with people and dogs to play with and who don't mind a few puppy bites. Buck is very vocal so he may not work out well in an apartment or condo where the neighbors could hear him. He needs a yard to run around in. Another dog or two who could play with him and help guide him through puppyhood would be ideal. Buck is a sharp little pup and should be quick to train if his adopter is experienced with German Shepherds.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
