Faith has been adopted! 02-28-2017
She and her litter mates were rescued from the Cal Trans construction lot last March as a small puppy. She lived with 4 other large dogs and other foster puppies since that time. In May 2016, she was adopted and lived as a single dog for two months. Due to unfortunate circumstances, her foster mom took her back into her home to be cared for until she could return to her adopter. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.
Faith/Bella is a medium sized dog – about 35 pounds and will stay on the small side. She is energetic, loving, smart, playful, loves people and pets (not sure of cats but think she would do fine). She is potty trained, crate trained and knows basic commands. She is up to date on her shots, been spayed and is now looking for her forever family.
The minimum adoption donation for adults is $300 and the adoption donation for puppies is $400 - $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
