Riley has been adopted! 12-31-2015
Riley, and her sister were found abandoned outside of a shelter in San Bernardino. These tiny five pound puppies had no chance of surviving on their own, so a volunteer from Coastal GSR scooped them up and now they are safe in a foster home.
Riley is a fun loving girl who wants to be where the action is. She thinks she is one of the big dogs, running along side the bigger dogs in her foster home. She loves to greet you with her tail wagging at lighting speed. Playful as can be with toys or even just playing chase.
Riley is crate trained, in fact… she loves her crate and struts right in when she winds down. She sleeps through the whole night (8 hours) without waking to potty. Great characteristics when bringing a new puppy home.
The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
