Coastal German Shepherd Rescue

Kona has been adopted! 06-28-2015

Female German Shepherd Dog /Labrador Retriever mix about 2-3 months old. Good with kids. OK with cats. Gets along with other dogs.

Introducing Kelsey’s Kids, our 5 K litter puppies. Their mother was found with an injured back leg when she was pregnant with five puppies. Mom’s leg had to be removed, but she’s doing great on the other three remaining. Puppies were fine and all are healthy and thriving. The puppies are most likely a German Shepherd/lab
mix. While in their foster home the pups are getting well socialized with kids, other
dogs and adults. They have learned to sit on command, have started crate training,
ramp training and come running to the whistle. These puppies are smart like a
Shepherd, lovable like a lab and they will all steal your heart.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
