Brady has been adopted! 08-10-2015

Male German Shepherd Dog about 1-2 years old. Gets along with other dogs.

This beautiful shy boy was found in Orange County with another dog (Beauty) that we are pretty sure is his sister. They had been hit by a car with the result of broken pelvis'. He is a lovely young gentleman who is obviously timid from what he has been through.

While we don't need to place Brady & Beauty together, we will for one adoption fee of $300. Both is very unsure of people right now but shows NO aggression. Not that hard to believe given what they've has been through.

He finished up his needed crate rest/limited exercise and is ready to go home. We have rescued many dogs with pelvic breaks and once they are healed, they are completely normal dogs. Yes, do they need to work up to periods of exercise? Of course, but as they go through a reasonable routine of slow and steady exercise, they will live normal orthopedic lives. This is one beautiful boy and we are sure he is good with dogs, a bit older kids (probably don't want toddlers pulling themselves up by her pants) and perhaps even cats (although he has not been cat tested).

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
