Rest in Peace
Holly and her 7 week old babies were turned into a high kill shelter by their uncaring owners. When their time ran out, we were asked to save them. We were lucky to find foster families for the pups so we were able to save not only Holly but her babies too. Now 8 weeks old, these adorable pups are ready for families of their own. They are social and sweet and love to play with toys. Typical puppies, they are active and need love and guidance. They will be a wonderful addition an active family looking for years of love. We are currently accepting applications for them. Puppies are a life-long commitment. They need time, training, vet care and healthy feeding to become good canine citizens. Don't even think of adopting a puppy unless you intend to invest the time and money and commitment required, and you can expect to lose a few good shoes along the way! Unfortunately, these adorable 12 week old Shepherd mix pups never found their happy ending, having succumbed to the Distemper virus they contracted in the shelter. We are sorry we weren't able to save you. Rest in Peace little ones. Earned his "Angel wings" 12/09/11
The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
