Dayne has been adopted! 02-16-2013
Meet the "Dream Team", Dessa and Kodiak's darling puppies. We received a frantic call about a couple of German Shepherds in danger in a high kill shelter and the female looked like she was due to whelp any minute. We scrambled to get them out of the shelter and Dessa into a foster home. Well it turned out Dessa really wasn't quite ready and our "Dream Team" finally arrived on the scene on November 27. After 3 weeks of waiting we were happy to welcome these 8 gorgeous purebred puppies into the world. The Dream Team is comprised of 3 sable boys, 3 black and tan boys and 2 beautiful black and tan girls. These adorable babies have grown up in a the safety of a foster home. They are active and happy puppies. Their days are spent playing and just enjoying life. They will be ready for their new homes the end of January, beginning of February. We are looking for families who are experienced German Shepherd owners and familiar with the challenges and rewards of raising a German Shepherd puppy. We are asking a $500 adoption donation for the members of the Dream Team and are currently screening applications for them.
The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
