Coastal German Shepherd Rescue

Gina has been adopted! 12-10-2013

Female German Shepherd Dog about 6-9 years old. Good with kids. Homes with no other dogs.

About 5 - 6 years old, Gina is very sweet and loving with people. She is a bit choosier about her doggie company, though. Gina needs to be in an only-animal home. She's a medium-sized girl and doesn't need a ton of space to roam, just someone who will give her the love she seeks. Gina will gladly return the favor!

Gina is an extremely affectionate dog. She enjoyed a slumber party with one of the care takers from the kennel and a dwarf Shepherd. They had an eventful afternoon at the park. She enjoyed checking out the sights and sounds. She seemed to light up when the kids at the park wanted to give her attention. Gina was not only a rock star at the park, she was a stellar house guest. At the kennel, Gina is a ham and loves to romp around in the yard. She gets tickled when you call her name and she takes that as a cue to show off!

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
