Dylan has been adopted! 10-15-2005

Female about 0 old.

Strikingly handsome, we are amazed that this boy was not reclaimed by his owner. He was picked up as a stray with a collar on and county id tags. The owners never responded and left this poor boy to potentially be euthanized at a municipal animal shelter. Thankfully our shelter scouts saw him and knew that we could find him a good home! Dylan is about 18 months old and about 80 pounds. He will be a big boy when he fills out and will benefit from a basic obedience class, as all dogs do!! Dylan seems to get along fabulously with other dogs and children. He may also be cat friendly. We will update this as we introduce him to some feline friends!

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
