Danni has been adopted! 03-03-2006

Female about 0 old.

Need someone to catch your Frisbee? Cute as a button and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound - that's our Danni. She's sweet and petite and happy and loving.

Danni is a minature 1 1/2 - 2 year old shepherd mix. She is extremely petite, approximately 30 lbs. Her face has the look of a minature collie (sheltie), with a curly q tail. She does have a black and tan coat, but that is about the only shepherd characteristic. We have included a picture of Dannie with one of her foster brothers, to provide an idea of the difference in size from a typical shepherd.

Danni is a very playful, energetic girl. She loves all people (children and adults) and gets along well with other dogs. We recommend that Danni is adopted by a home with another dog and/or children to provide hours of play. She loves to run off leash (dog parks and yard) and is FAST! She dances for treats as you can see in the picture.

Dannie wil be an easy addition to the family. She does need daily exercise, but is anxious to curl up at night in your lap. She is very affectionate and loves to cuddle. She is gentle with food, toys and easily plays a secondary role to a more dominate dog.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
