Nala has been adopted! 10-08-2006

Female about 0 old.

Nala is on the small side and won't be much bigger - she's about 15 mos old and LOVES people!

Little Nala was dumped with her brother at the shelter - at 13 mos old, what changed in their family's life that they weren't prepared to keep them? Her brother was scooped up at their first adoption event and Nala is a bit lost.

We've put Nala in a multiple dog foster home so that she can find some new canine friends as she was bonded to her brother and is a little scared of other dogs. People, however, are another matter. This gal ADORES people and wags furiously when paid the slightest bit of attention.

Nala walks beautifully on a leash, does fine with kids and won't be more than a smaller shepherd. She has a shiny and healthy coat

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $300 and the adoption donation for puppies is $400 - $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
