Coastal German Shepherd Rescue

Jet has been adopted! 12-19-2007

Female about 0 old.

Sweet Jet languished in a high kill shelter for a long time before we were able to rescue him. He is under the weather right now but he did get a much needed bath which lifted his spirits.

Jet is no more than 2 years old. We will update his bio as his health improves and we get to know him better.

Update 10/14 from Jet's foster mom:

Jet is rapidly recovering from his nasty cold. He is probably still a puppy, no more than 15+ mos old. Jet LOVES other dogs - you can see in his latest photos that he likes to use his foster brother for a pillow!!!!

Jet is housebroken, can sleep without a crate, in fact he LOVES to slumber next to his foster mom's bed. He enjoys being wherever his foster people are. He is in need of an obedience class (like all rescue dogs) but is learning sit quickly (food is a great motivator!!!).

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
