Timone has been adopted! 12-17-2011

Female about 0 old.

Timone has had a rough time of it during her young life. She's fought demodex mange off & on since she was originally dumped at a shelter. Her first adopter didn't have the means to care for her and the infections returned with a vengeance.

We couldn't turn away from Timone and immediately worked on finding room for her. Timone is a pistol, packed with personality. She has picked up some training along the way and will sit and shake eagerly for the person in front of her! She is quite a coordinated little thing and bounds around with endless energy! But she is also easy going and can chill when asked to do so.

This young charmer is ready to go home - she should be placed on a grain free diet and continue to receive fish oil and other supplements to help build back up that system that was so destroyed.

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
